These the murmurings of today. No actually… these are the violent SCREAMS of advertising and our daily lives.
In 1970, it was estimated that the average person was exposed to about 500 advertisements a day.
Today, as I write this in October, 2017,
Experts estimate EACH person is exposed to 5,000 – 10,000 advertisements PER DAY! That’s a LOT of noise.
I don’t have any problem with advertising… (obviously)
But I think it’s really sad when I see great men and women get DISTRACTED from their main mission because of it.
Meaning, have you ever started a diet only to somehow start another one because you thought it was better?
How about a workout routine?
Business?
Have you ever switched companies before you gave the initial one its true go?
Or tried selling things online, only to get bombarded by five million different and conflicting teachings?
If you haven’t… you’re better than I am. Because I sure have. I’ve gotten so distracted by shiny objects before I couldn’t find my feet if I was tying my shoes.
Here’s what I can tell you.
The ones that succeed, follow ONE COURSE until it’s PROVEN to not work, or until they succeed.
Period.
Most people just give up too soon or think something “isn’t working” WAY BEFORE it’s actually proven not to.
There’s always going to be greener grass on the other side. ALWAYS. Just remember, it’s green because there’s crap there too. (poo = fertilizer, duh)
In order for us to succeed in any area of life, we have to recognize that we will always be distracted, and CHOOSE to focus on our own work rather than everyone else’s.
Be so busy working on YOUR grass (not weed, weirdo) – that you don’t even notice if the other guy’s is greener.
Success is spelled F-O-C-U-S.

Lesson in Facebook ads: Trolls get trolled – If you’ve ever run ads before, you know that you get a bunch of idiots who comment on them. People that have nothing better to do with their lives than ruin other people’s.
It’s annoying but it’s actually to our benefit 🙂 – muahahaha #evillaugh
See, Facebook’s algorithm boosts posts and gives your ad more reach for less money when there’s more engagement on it. Meaning more likes, comments and shares.
So as long as someone doesn’t hit the “hide ad” button or the angry face, it actually boosts our ad’s reach!
So instead of deleting the comments, the best thing to do… is to troll them back with something hilarious that showcases their brilliance. In many cases, other commenters will actually take care of it for you and start a social chain reaction that boosts your ads engagement 2-3x!
Lesson in Network marketing: Don’t be so loyal you’re weak – I think the loyalty that’s fostered in the business is one of the most special things out there. But the truth is, many people take it way too far.
They put their brain in a box, lock it and hand the keys to their upline. All in the name of “duplication” or “loyalty.”
Here’s a tip – most networkers DO NOT OWN A BUSINESS OR HAVE A BUSINESS MIND. They are glorified salespeople that make stupid decisions with their time and money.
Bottom line – don’t lose your loyalty for the person (as long as their principles are right) – but don’t worry about if they approve of every single freakin’ thing you do. You’re your own man. You’re your own woman. Own it!
Cool thing I’m doing: My first live event – I’m running my first Live event in Chicagoland on October 25th, teaching exactly how to run profitable Facebook ads. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on Facebook ads and get between a 2-10x ROI for almost all of my clients.
It’s a very small class and super affordable, it’s more of a test run than anything. Since my primary avenue for teaching this information is online webinars for legitimately 15X the price.

New thing for me: Agency – After lots of pondering, Ashley and I decided to ramp up our agency once and for all. We’re in a spot where we don’t have kids yet and want to stack as much money as possible in preparation.
So we’re transitioning from kinda sorta working to full blown pouring everything we have into the agency and our MLM business.
Outside of our network marketing business, helping people online is legit my #1 love.
As you know, being good at something and truly helping someone’s business or life because of your work is intoxicating.
We’ll still be focusing on paid media primarily – Facebook, Instagram, Adwords, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, banners and funnel design / creation.
However, we also moved in Influencer marketing, content management (blogs, social media pages etc.) and Ecom (B2B and DTC).
