It wouldn’t be a healthy Friday without Cinco Bala. This weeks top 5 lessons, hacks and quotes I’ve been pondering, applying and battling.
For those of you who are new, this is a concept I took from Tim Ferriss. (This is just focused on MLM and online marketing) If you don’t subscribe to his newsletter. You should do it.
Lesson in Online Marketing: Problem to problem – I’ve realized more and more recently that life is all about progression from one phase to the next. It’s not actually about getting “anywhere”.
We’re in the process of heavily scaling one of our offers and honestly it’s something that I’ve never done before in this capacity. We’re relying on other people big time to pull it off and passing that much responsibility is a new challenge for us.
I constantly find myself internally saying “I can’t wait for this to be over and all this to be working…”
After the 10,000th time I said that to myself, I started to wonder…
What happens next?
What happens after the scaling process is over and it works?
We all seem to trick ourselves that once “this” works, everything will be good. But that’s not true. We’ll just be living in our new reality where the thing that we were working towards does now indeed, work…
But…
We’ll have a new set of problems. A new set of challenges and mountains to climb.
And if we never mentally adjust, we’ll just think about the next problem – “Man, I can’t wait until _____ is fixed. Then I can _____”.
If you’re picking up what I’m putting down, I’m saying it’s a never ending cycle of accomplishing one thing, only to be on to the next.
So life isn’t about getting to the pot of gold.
It’s about progressing from problem to problem with as much joy as possible along the way.
The amount of joy we can keep in our process will dictate our overall acceptance with ourselves and happiness.
I’m learning not to “wish away” my current problems and instead have joy through them.
Because once I solve them,
The next one will be waiting…
 Lesson in Network Marketing: Use Funnels To Sell Your Company’s Products – Let’s be honest – when someone asks you about your company’s product you have in your hand while you’re in line at Chipotle or at work, the last thing you want to tell them is…
“Uh, well, just go to, um… I sell them. I mean, like it’s this thing I do… and Uh… you can go to my website.”
Which just so happens to be a replicated piece of you know what that no one who’s ever used Amazon would ever purchase from.
This is why if you don’t have “smart link” provisions from your company, you should ABSOLUTELY set up product funnels for your company’s products.

What I’m Excited For: Thanksgiving – If you’ve been following our journey you may know that we’re renting this epic place in the mountains of Temecula, CA. The place literally is sitting on a vineyard. We feel super blessed.
We’re also massively pumped to be hosting Thanksgiving here and my parents are flying in from Chicago to celebrate with us. We’re still praying my sister and her fiance can pull it off too but it’s such a blessing to be able to spend time with family in locations we see in magazines.
But even if we were in shack on the side of the road… if we were still with family, I’d be happy.
Yes, I’m a believer that true wealth is in your spiritual groundedness and your relationships. Not your finances.
However, many times financial control can buy you time for relationships and spiritual groundness.
 Book I’m ABOUT To Read: Money Making Secrets of Marketing Genius Jay Abraham and Other Marketing Wizards : A No Nonsense Guide to Great Wealth and a Personal Fortune (Money Making Secrets) – I overheard one of my friends who owns a multi six figure business say at a luncheon “If you read this book, you probably never need a business coach or another business book in your life”.
