The system, courses, coaching and tools are all available immediately after your purchase using digital access so you can begin implementing right away. So, we know you're excited! And since we deliver everything instantly and digitally, we hope you understand that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on our programs, products or services.
Please note that all concessions are discretionary. The investment promise was designed to allow anyone who followed the program the security to know we stand behind our results but it was not designed so people could log in and steal our intellectual property.

Rebels 2X Investment Promise
Our Rebels "Double Your Investment Promise" will be honored if you have implemented our program as prescribed and don't make at least double your initial Rebels investment in top-line revenue within your first 12 months.
This is not a money-back promise or refund policy. Instead, this is a performance-based support extension designed to incentivize full engagement and reward implementation.
(a) Overview:
MLM Rebels (Spear Media LLC) offers a conditional promise to support clients who fully participate in and implement the Rebels program. This “Double Your Investment Promise” is designed to extend additional support if the Client does not achieve a minimum of twice their initial investment in top-line revenue within 12 months of program enrollment.
(b) Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for the Investment Promise, the Client must:
- Fully complete and implement the Rebels Universal Mainframe funnel and Facebook Ads training modules
- Allocate and spend a requisite amount on Facebook advertising that aligns with desired revenue return
- Maintain accurate ad tracking and reporting to validate ad spend and campaign performance
- Seek assistance via Zoom or the Rebels Universal Facebook Group before exceeding $100 in ad spend if CPL exceeds $15
- Participate in weekly Zoom calls and Facebook group engagement without missing more than six calls over 12 months
- Remain in good standing with Coach and comply with the Client Responsibilities and Disruptive Conduct and Termination provisions of this Agreement including Client Responsibilities and Disruptive Conduct and Termination (see below). Any Client who is removed from the program for disruptive conduct, or who materially violates program boundaries, community standards, or communication policies, is not eligible for the Double Your Investment Promise or any related support extension.
Note: Rebels is not responsible for issues such as ad account shutdowns or third-party platform limitations. This is not a refund policy or earnings guarantee. The Double Your Investment Promise provides conditional extended support only and shall not be interpreted as a guarantee of revenue, profit, or outcome.
(c) Promise Activation and Conditions:
If the Client meets the criteria above and has not doubled their investment:
- Client may submit a written request with documentation by 11:59 PM EST on the 365th day after purchase
- If approved, Rebels will provide continued support in the form of one weekly group coaching Zoom call and up to two questions answered weekly in the Rebels Universal Facebook Group.
(d) Limitations and Discretionary Nature:
All extensions are subject to the Coach’s discretion and require evidence of implementation and sincere participation.
(e) Additional Coaching Terms:
Approved extensions last for six months. Reapplication requires a new form and performance proof.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and suggestions, and fully engage in the coaching process. Full client participation and action are required to implement the system, with continued success depending on the Client’s engagement and execution. Income results are not promised. Client understands that while the Coach provides frameworks, strategy, and training designed to support business growth, success is dependent on many factors outside the Coach’s control, including but not limited to: market conditions, personal effort, ad spend, and individual circumstances. No results, income, or specific outcomes are promised.
Disruptive Conduct and Termination.
Coach reserves the right to remove any Client from the program, without refund, if Client’s conduct materially disrupts the coaching process, group dynamics, or Coach’s ability to deliver services in a professional and effective manner.
Disruptive conduct includes, but is not limited to, repeated interruptions, hostile or inappropriate communications, misuse of communication channels, disregard for program boundaries, or behavior that undermines the integrity or effectiveness of the program.
Coach’s determination of disruptive conduct shall be made in good faith and shall be final.
Note: We are not responsible if your ad account is shut down.
We don't require you to have the fully automated system set up in order to take advantage of the Investment Promise as that would be unreasonable.
If all the stipulations are met and you as the Rebels student does not generate at least double your initial investment in top-line revenue, MLM Rebels will continue delivering coaching weekly until you do double your initial investment, upon reviewing all of your homework/proof of work of meeting the above program stipulations.
To be eligible for our Investment Promise, you must submit your request and proof of work before 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on the 365th day following your purchase (an Investment Promise Form will be provided). After you submit your proof of work, all guarantees are discretionary.
The point of this "Investment Promise" is to give people the chance to get results with the system, and to invest our most valuable asset (time) back into you and your business, if you haven't seen a complete return on your investment yet. It wasn't designed to enable people to steal our intellectual property or extend the length of our coaching programs.
Furthermore, if it is clear that you did not implement the strategies taught or that you did not complete the lessons and did not ask for help along the way, your request will be denied. However, you may still purchase additional months of coaching if required.
If additional coaching is approved, you will have an additional 6 months added to your account before you are required to resubmit the Investment Promise Form again.
Additional coaching will be in the form of a once-a-week live group Zoom coaching session (time of call is predetermined by Rebels and is accessed through the Rebels Universal Facebook group) and up to two questions answered in the Rebels Universal Facebook Group by a Rebels Coach.

Rebels Elite and One-on-One Private Coaching is nonrefundable and nontransferable. All payments are final.
